California
- EZLegalFile is a free online program to help litigants with unlawful detainer/evictions issues. This information helps users fill out the required California court forms and is available in 38 of the state's 58 counties.
- I-CAN!is a program designed by the Legal Aid Society of Orange County to assist self-represented tenants completing their answers in unlawful detainer (eviction) actions.
Delaware
- The Justice of the Peace Court has videos and brochures available on the eviction (summary possession) and civil claim process which litigants can view at the Center for free or purchase from the Justice of the Peace Court for a $2.00 fee.
New York
Minnesota
- The Housing Court Project in Minneapolis is a joint effort between the Fourth Judicial District Court Housing Court, Legal Aid and Volunteer Lawyers Network. This project offers free walk-in legal advice for low-income tenants.
Utah
- The Online Court Assistance Program through the Administrative Office of the Courts allows landlords to initiate an eviction and tenants to respond to an eviction.
